Julie Henry is a blacksmith with 20 years of experience in the craft. She graduated from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL with a BFA in Metalsmithing. From there, she apprenticed for 4 years at Waylan Smithy in Petaluma, CA under master smith Toby Hickman. Thereafter, she went out on her own opening Carbon Street Metalwork & Design in 2004.
Clients include wineries, architects, builders and interior designers. Working with Julie will give you a full spectrum experience. From great concept design and communication, to budgeting and timely execution, Julie uses her innovative spirit and creativity to develop metalwork for your space.
